• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–5 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

ModeStyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. International Shipping

Currently, ModeStyle ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
